Lion-Do is a unique boutique in Ryogoku for king-size people like Sumo wrestlers.




shop#73 Museum Shop at EDO-TOKYO Museum

In the back of Rogoku Kokugikan, there is Edo-Tokyo Museum where you can learn history and culture of Tokyo. At the museum shop and the souvenir shop on the first floor, you can buy Japanese crafts as well as postcards, books and sweets. There is a huge Kumade (a rake) from floor to ceiling in front of this shop.

shop#62 Sumo Store at Kokugikan

Kokugikan is a place to see Sumo but not everyday of course. Sumo Tournament at Kokugikan is held only in January, May and September. The store and the Sumo museum is open even if there is no Sumo match. At the shop, you can get Sumo goods, e.g. T-shirts, cups, flags, stationaries, chocolates, or figures.

The store and the Sumo Museum will be closed irregularly, so please check the schedule on the website in advance.
